Description
At the age of seven, the very short-lived child prodigy, who was growing too fast, returned to the immortal world to prevent his abnormal growing. From then on, with his gifted brain and wisdom he obtained from earth, he walked in path immortality to became the legendary god to return his normal life.

There is no 'ki' or anything of the like; everything (including currency) runs off trading 'lifespan'.
How do you get lifespan? harvest it from the poor and destitute.
Most of everything apart from this cruel premise is unexplained; people just start using powers and 'marks' and the like, but they're never really explained in any way. World-building is poor; why are there normal people in the 'immortal world'? What separates it from the 'normal' world?
What are the 'levels'? How can a system run on giving up days of lifespan for a single rice cracker?#

Nothing really makes sense
Mix of cultivation story with comedy. Nothing particularly new in the story other that the congenital growth of the MC which is inconsequential after a few chapters. MC is the typical cunning and scheming guy with some cheat superpower, the rest are so so. All cultivation stories go on about "face" yet in this one it's use is terribly wrong, it seams like cheating, oppressing and outright being an ass in front of others is ok.
This is a quite unremarkable manhua with a very naive and quite childish comedy and characters, especially all antagonists.
Chapters are quite short so it's too soon to tell but it's prospects are not very good imo.

Chapters 1-3 make it seem like lolicon, but after that its a decent shounen
