Ok, so to sum it up MC is an assassin from the 21st century and transmigrates into a bitchy empress' body. Nothing unique nor special, other than the fact that she becomes some reiki chef and the premise suddenly switches from harem battle to cooking battle. This whole change in plot came a little sudden, but it was alright I guess, given that the story placed a lot of emphasis on the martial arts/cooking aspect rather than the harem battles. The problem comes with the romance aspect. Since this whole thing centered on the MC and her stuff and the fact that theres so many handsome guys around her, it seemed like it was heading to a harem route. However, rather early on, the MC has already found her love But if that was the case, what is the point of making it so reverse harem-like later on? Especially since the white hair guy seemed to be hitting it off with her superbly. I honestly like how the MC isn't a romance-brain who only thinks of love and handsome people, she does her own thing and wants to live her own life. But the writing doesn't portray any of these properly, and fails at the romance aspect. To top it off, the art quality plunges as the story goes on.
To sum it up, the story would have been better improved if it didn't jump premises so easily (if it had properly resolved the harem issues before moving on to the martial arts aspect), and if the male lead was not decided so early on in the story.
Overall, the story is decent as the FL doesn't get unnecessarily jealous and she's NEVER whiny. She takes things into her own hands and in most cases, she resolves it on her own, rather than relying on magical ML to save her. Also, she knows how to crack jokes, which makes the story funny and interesting. Would be great if it had a little more reverse harem vibes especially since the white hair dude was very well written, and if her skills as a agent were shown better.
The story is decently enjoyable, given the carefree personality of the MC and how the ML is also not insane, restrictive and jealous (like how typical emperor male leads are written) but it falls short on the story-telling. Because of how the ML is so quickly decided and how flat the story gets later on, the drama falls short and it gets boring. Great for a light read due to the character's personalities, but honestly not something that's particularly exciting to read.

Weird mix of mature themes and childish presentation and execution.
Most annoying is how events don't actually make much sense in the story, example, why doesn't she say she's the empress? She keeps the facade way after it no longer makes any sense, or how the empress is able to just go out of the palace, or how the Emperor's teacher doesn't recognize the Empress, or how the ML is falling way too deep for the MC yet doesn't help her at all and allows the other beatches do whatever they want and many more. The author just seams to focus on the moment and pretty much disregards sense and setting most of the time.
Also, what's with the goofy cartoonish cat? and all the spiritual nonesense for all that matter, I guess the author needed the wheel of fortune as a joker for whatever situation the MC could get into.
In short, this is a quite childish series that sometimes presents more mature themes like sex, rape, revenge and so on, it's a weird mix which I can't say I like much but don't dislike that much either.
