Description

From Seven Seas:
Excellent student Iwakura Mitsumi has always dreamt about leaving her small town, going to a prestigious university, and making a positive change in the world. But she’s so focused on reaching her goals that she’s not prepared for the very different (and overwhelming) city life that awaits her in a Tokyo high school. Luckily, she makes fast friends with Shima Sousuke, a handsome classmate who’s as laid-back as she is over-prepared. Can this naive country girl make it big in Tokyo with Sousuke by her side?

so, so, so good. incredibly charming characters, down to earth, and surprisingly moving -- the queer representation in it was such an unexpected joy. there's one panel in particular that will stick with me for a long time... even just remembering it has my eyes misting up. this story is full of love.

Light-hearted read

Easy on the eyes and mangaka has her own style I can easily distinguish from other mangas.

Story : 8.5/10 (so far til ch.52)
Story is light-hearted yet there are times when they pull at your heartstrings. 50+ chapters in and you can notice the growth they're experiencing as they move forward in their high school life: life, school, romance, it's all there.
I enjoy reading how they explore and broaden their horizons.

Personally, I felt that I have outgrown light reads that are in school set-up stories like this but it's nice to go back to reading ones like these every now and then. This is the type of manga I'll reread more than twice.

Cried my heart out. But I think that it was very wise for the mc to dump her bf, coz he's a terrible one. He needs to grow up, get over his traumas, before he gets into a serious relationship.

I love the mc, she encapsulated all the good and ideal as a youth.

This manga is great and I wish that it could follow the lives of the mc and her friends throughput college and afterwards. Love to see the mc how she will accomplish her goals.

Only 8 chapters have been out--but so far I am really enjoying this manga! It is definitely very refreshing, and all of the characters are unique and interesting. The main lead is awesome (always a plus!). I am really looking forward to more, because I think this manga is different, and I am intrigued to see where it is going next!

I give it a high rating for now because the first Volume is such a breather. Mitsumi is a very adorable main character who standout as the lead. I can really tell this story isn't just about romance, it dedicate its plot on different perspective of many characters. Can't wait to see more.
