It's a whatever-manga
Also on side note, I think making characters insane allowed author to make their decision whatever he needed for the plot, but maybe that's just me.

There is some heavy plot armor going on. There is little to no "finesse" in the execution of the revenge. MC and FMC are apparently top tier assassins (because of the drugs??), so their plan is to:
1. Go inside
2. Kill the bad guys.
If this fails, girls just open their legs to some ugly bastards, to catch them off-guard, because there is no fun if there's no rape I guess.
About the "revenge":
- it was carried by some secret-service guys, which sucked. No fun in that.
- including all the characters (the trio, sister and all of the villains) the main perpetrator suffered the least. He got fucking cleanly one-shotted. Man like why, every fucking time, every fucking manga. Others were gang raped + filmed, tortured, getting their finger broken/cut off, torched alive and stabbed. And the main villain? Send off with clean slice to the neck. Should I be happy that "good guys" won? Fuck that.
I crave violence.
That's why I'm here.
That's why I'm reading a revenge manga.
That's why I push through the endless rape.
And it's never fucking worth it.
