Given the nature of the main characters, their course of actions in the story didn't surprise me, and I mean both of them. Which is why this manga didn't leave me repulsed even with its less-than-ideal approach to the romance. It's not a stellar work and there are some quite predictable moments, but other than that I actually think the mangaka did a good job selling the human aspect of it. Both characters are imperfect just like any normal human beings, and this sounds cliched but they truly are made for each other, flaws and all. You can see that they are attracted to one another and they make a good fit, and that's where the mangaka succeeded. The romance didn't feel forced and the rape wasn't done in a gratuitous manner, which is what makes this still better than average.

There's not much to say about this work. Sensei certainly was aiming for a deep dark story with strong ending, sth like "real love can heal the deepest wounds" but failed hard. Sensei created another work with overused, well-known pattern, rape=love.This story is skin deep and characters are one-dimensional, also delivery is rather clumsy. What's more the art is far from awesome. It's not horrible , but it's not pretty, I guess you can say it's average. I don't like stupid characters, so I was a bit annoyed with Tomoe (he is incredibly stupid). As a whole this manga is just average, you can read it but don't expect high quality, complex story.
