Long ago, the Chosen One defeated the Demon King and brought peace to the world not that it matters to ordinary high school student Hironori Tabata. But word is the Demon King’s coming back, and the only thing that can stop him is what’s in Hironori’s pants. Before long, demi-human girls are throwing themselves at him, hoping to give birth to the next Chosen One, and Hironori has to worry more about saving his chastity for the girl he loves than saving the world.

MC is forced unconscious and raped in every chapter by a woman of various humanoid beastfolk. Thats the entire premise. Its a never ending nightmare that are somehow supposed to be comedic. This is abhorrent but because its a guy its somehow fine.
So far I just finished the 4th volume.
This is an ecchi comedy, MC finds himself with girls wanting his semen against his will to save the world of the devils and he becomes stiff and loses consciousness when he gets sexually aroused.
The ecchi is not very explicit at first with mostly showings of the aftermath once the girls do their thing to the unconscious MC and very few nipples shown in the first volume for example. However it gets more and more explicit as it goes on with the MC becoming more resilient to losing consciousness (which is the goal for plot reasons).
There is also a good variety of female characters who are all demihumans or monster girls with different body types and personalities, and also different fetishes fullfilled through the manga like micro/macro, futanari, tentacles, etc...
Finally I also enjoy the artstyle, it looks a bit cartoonish but that's also what makes it cute while still able to be very erotic.

So to be frank, there's a pretty amusing/comedic premise, and the rating could go anywhere from fade-to-black to straight out hentai depending on how the author wanted it to go. Sound amusing right?
Well frankly, I can't stand it. Quite literally every chapter (so far, 5) involves him passing out and being r*ped while unconscious. Every. Single. Chapter. Not to mention there's the fact that the MC is actually a decent person who doesn't want to be involved with ANY of this, and actually has a crush that he's rather pure-hearted about. If it were episodic chapters of cute romances with the aforementioned demi-humans, it could be really cute. But considering there's basically no romance at all, with each ajin proclaiming the intent to get creampied, then him passing out and r*pe ensues, to be honest i'm really not sure what the author is trying to convey. Is it romance? Not really? Comedy? I can't find any part of this funny at all. Hentai? Nope, it's ecchi with fade to black. Like... what is the point of this? Really not sure.
Frankly this disgusts me, though that's clearly just an opinion. Take it with a pinch of salt if you decide to read it.

TL;DR, The MC has a "whole body erection illness", so it's a series of him being a dick.
