My cup of tea 🙂 I interesting characters, fun dynamics, a little bit crazy 😚. Just loved it! And want more 😀

maybe it's me, but I really dislike the dynamic of genki, creepy seme x tsundere and stubborn uke. it completely rubs me the wrong way and is dub con in all the ways I don't enjoy. I didn't like either character in the end (except for the friend, can he have a spin off please?)

another thing was that there was this weird allusion to some hidden past, but it didn't even matter in the end? anticlimactic. this could have been written way better. oh well.

As I seen many people comment on this. I think many people don’t read the summary of what the story is really about if someone else is put it out. The story if you read the authors other works is pretty different compared to a lot of series which to me is just like a breath of fresh air. If you can’t get behind the first or second chapter that Then obviously this is not for you. i actually enjoy the story and the characters are pretty fun. I would love to see the return. One of the main characters who is the owner of the shop turns out to be a crazy man. Which the other character happens to notice. But if you can continue through past the other chapters in the story. That you can get a clear understanding why he acts like that. This is something that no one seems to point out. There’s a legit reason why he acts that way. And even he himself knows that the things he does is wrong.

This yaoi manga was so unique ,first:its clearly showed that the rape as a starting relationship is wrong specially if u in love with that someone,second the uke defended himself well and pulled himself together as a man,third: its also declared that sex not the base of real (love) relationship,knowing each other an understanding each other is the base of a serious love relationship
I was so pleased and felt refreshed with it ,as lastly some yaoi manga cleared that rape is wrong and sex not what a relationship is all about
Note:I am sure there was no drug had been put,and thats why uke was still have his power to push the seme away,his powerless in start was due to drinking and somehow being shocked of the seme seducing movement on him so he thought he had been drugged as he was shocked of himself being pinned,and refusing to admit his weakness as he strong in well and power

Don't get me wrong, this manga is by no means outstanding or particularly good, but I think it's not that bad either, as some commenters here state. Those scenes in question are attempted rape and dub-con at most, but really nothing extraordinary in yaoiland. I didn't feel it was that big of a deal given the fact that I was reading yaoi. At least Mugi did stop the first time (even though he drugged Roku), and the 2nd time was more like dub-con, than obvious rape. So if you can stomach the usual "no-means-I'm-mostly-only-embarrassed-or-indecisive-but-honestly-I-do n't-mind-it-that-much" kind of dub-con, you shouldn't be scared away by the comments.
The seme is actually quite nice afterwards, though I have to admit that I also think he has some loose screws in his head, but nothing serious or creepy, he's just a bit weird. I even found him really adorable in several scenes.
And the art is quite pretty.

Why does this have an 8.7 rating in mgg?? The seme gives me a weird vibe that makes me feel really uncomfortable.

I know people will point out the first chapter or don’t read the summary and expect something different story. Plot is simple. A character who comes to a coffee shop because he enjoys the coffee and happens to meet the owner who knows quite a bit of the main character who is named Roku more then he thinks. Roku defends the owner who is Mugi shop from a man, and in return Mugi invites him over to his house and happens to have a interest in Roku, and of course try’s to make a pass at him. Roku however is not your typical character and defends himself and wonder if Mugi really like him or not who Mugi turns out to be a strange and crazy man. Listen if you can get the first chapter, then the rest of the story is pretty enjoyable and fun. It’s very cute and I did enjoy it. I would like to see more of these characters return and hope behind docchi mo docchi will write more of these two characters.
