Description
Volume 1:

With his gambler grandfather dead, Ichimura Aoi decides to join the yakuza with the letter of recommendation left behind by his grandfather. After saving the Don's life, Ichimura gets on the fast track of success. Now he has been given a very important job to fulfil, to be the apprentice of the infamous under-boss Sakiya Yuji. Will he survive his posting even though he has managed to get by with just his intimidating looks till now?

How the fuck can this shit not be deep? Try reading some of the extras fools, you haven't seen DEEP.
On a side note, I absolutely love this manga it can be described by numerous words, but the most fitting is EPIC. Since the first page I knew I would love it. I almost cried throughout the series, but I lost it in the extras. The extras are on another level of epic.
If you love Yakuza stories, humor, and well developed plots, this is for you. I recommend this 100%. If you're looking for steam, you can find more in the extras.

not alot of smexy-ness but the story is sweet, a little rushed though would have been better if the chapters were longer (or there were more of them) just because there really isnt any explanation when aoi and the underboss fall in love its just like SNAP! there it is! otherwise it was a good read ^O^/
LOL I love this manga sooo much XD somehow its hilarious and fluffy even with all the yakuza and crime themes used. First of all, the story keeps you reading, its interesting, there are plenty of twists and turns and a bit of intrigue not to mention lots of humour used to lighten the mood. Aside from that theres also Aoi who is the most hilarious yakuza i've ever come across in manga XD he's such a whimp but he comes across as a hard core gangster. Its hilarious to see the contrast and to see his inner thoughts confessing as much hahaha. Really, if you like yaoi please read this ^^ you'll love it im sure.
Can't believe this hasn't been commented on yet! It looks like a group of oneshots, but it's actually a connected plot.
Even though this manga may be cliché, it's so damn hot! The classic yakuza story with beautiful artwork and some really steamy scenes. Gotta love it.
This is rather entertaining. Don't expect anything too deep though. ;-)
