I decided to read this prequel thinking that it would give me some background on Noblesse before I start binging that. It really didn’t I had to go on Reddit to figure out what the connection is it’s a very minimal.
The art is great the action scenes are drawn really well and the story seems to have so much to offer but at only 20 episodes it was incredibly rushed and the ending was more of a non-ending or unnecessary cliffhanger. Spoilers>>>>>>>>
At the end of the story everyone dies including the main character (seems that way). The only connection to Noblesse is that the main character ends up being the younger brother of a character in Noblesse. I have yet to read that story I am onto that next but from what I’ve read on Reddit it’s not a significant connection or character…I’ll see.
I’m still going to binge Noblesse and just hope the ending doesn’t suck. So far everything I’ve read really recommends the story.
