it was sitting in my want to read list for a really long time and i am glad that i finally read it which since has become one of my favourites! its a very well write and tragic story and i reccomend it to anyone!
I was definitely going to pass on it. I only read it by chance because I saw it somewhere and an issue with my eyes made me mistake it for something else. A wonderful mistake it was. When I first started reading it I skimmed through it because it didn't seem like I would enjoy it, the more I skimmed the more certain I was that I would eventually want to put it down. Next thing I knew I had gone back to the beginning and was seriously reading it and enjoying it.
If you are someone who tends to shy away from historical manga like this, I would still recommend it to you and say that you should at least peek at it like I did. You may be presently surprised.

Incredibly thankful that Sonyeo Project picked up this piece. I came here for the art, but the plot and dialogue is just as strong. It's also my first time reading a historical manhwa of this era and I'm enjoying it so far. Nicely done! Because of the description, I thought this was going to be a historical fantasy...a teeny bit sad it isn't...but I guess it wouldn't make it as realistic as it is now. From the prologue, I can already sense the tragedy about to befall them...

I love the art and so far the story is really good. This is my first comic about the Korean resistance and I love how realistic it is.
