Where is the story

This was my second one by the author. Tighty Lady was not good either, but that had sort of a story. This one is a mess. No story, not even incidents or episodes.

Mike is a mentally challenged 20-year old with a huge appendage. Beginning with his aunt (who is not really his aunt, I guess for incest laws in comics), then his cousin, her aunt's sister and her daughter, and then each and every female in the building he lives in. It doesn't take much for the women to be in heat and for Mike to relieve them. Lot of needless meandering happen including Aunt's criminal husband; Mike being kidnapped and then sold to a rich woman. Ending was massively crap.

How in the world did this survive to 140 chapters?
Even the art is not good.
