Why do manga authors keep doing this crap?

What a great premise it is. You get transported to another world as per Isekai usual, but it's seemingly a death game where you have a short time limit of three days to solve the problem -- and you're not even sure what the problem is! The only power you have is to stop the clock, and by extension, stop everything in the world other than you.

Genuinely a really fun idea and great setup to watch an mc puzzle their way through the world... if that were what the series did with its time.

What do you think the first page is? Was "The MC steals a girls panties using his powers and boasts about it to her" anywhere on your list?

Congrats, you've experienced what this manga really cares about. Literally every single woman he meets he will stop time and assault in some fashion. Sometimes he'll steal their panties, other times strip them, feel them up, tie them up and ball gag them, or even line their party up naked sorted by breast size. You will see him do this at least once a chapter, if not multiple times. There are no real consequences to him doing so even when he is caught, and the people who know don't even try to tell him it's weird or to stop. He'll do it to a dark elf repeatedly and she knows every single time because she is especially perceptive, but she still follows him around like a puppy and does nothing to prevent it despite very clearly not liking it.

I can't even give this series the credit of being good as porn, because it isn't actually porn, it's ecchi. No sex ever occurs, nor are his actions progressed upon beyond strange antics. It's just a constant barrage of mediocre fanservice that slows everything down and makes characters unlikeable.

If you get past the cringe sexual harassment (very lucky that it's not outright assault), it's a very interesting story and it's a rare type of Isekai that while the MC is technically the hero, not every girl is falling over themselves to get on his dick.

There isn't any fights per say and the MC only power and above average ability is to stop time. Pretty good read all things considered

The story is great and generally quick paced. A game setting where the MC has to accomplish a certain goal within a time limit all while triggering important flags and adapting to game tropes. Basically, it's PSP's Half-Minute Hero mixed with time stop ecchi. The hero is hard working, smart enough with good instincts, and is honest with his desires.

We finally get an MC who doesn't rely on lucky accidents or cloth ripping battles. He just goes in there and inspect the goods himself and the best part of it all, he keeps things just ecchi, never crossing the line.
