Description
The world is split into two kinds of people: those on the "inside" of EDEN, and those on the "outside". Within EDEN there is clean air and water - it lived up to it's name of a true paradise. But EDEN cannot contain all of the people of the world. EDEN actually made conditions worse for those outside. Because of this, many resistance groups have been formed. Ricalna Forde is a soldier of the resistance team COSMOS, whose mission is to infiltrate EDEN's main headquarters and destroy the "Central CPU" - that controls all of EDEN.

Who are the bad guys?

Totally agree with the comment below. It has a simple plot really so far but it has something that just keeps you coming back for more. Who are the bad guys or who are the good guys? You don't know and that just makess it better as we see our protagonist struggle with with this question. People's agendas aren't known especially that of Jin who is an awesome female character. Is she good or is she bad? You just don't know!! The art is AMAZING, action sequences are easy to follow and there is angst as well as we see siblings separated. I won't say there aren't any cliches but nevertheless this manga so far is pretty damn good. The mangaka isn't afraid to kill off characters and even kids are not exempt. Most Shounen protagonists are so annoying these days. Not this protagonist, not at all. He is not a justice freak though you might think so from the summary, that is not the case. His reasons for joining are personal and his only goal is to protect his sister, he doesn't care about anything else and this is shown by later chapters which really hit it home for me. He is not there to save the world, he just wants to be with his family. From the beginning he is talented at fighting and is fully aware of his powers so none of those annoying training chapters. Ofcourse he cares about the lives of other people but then again if he didn't he wouldn't be a hero. This manga has potential and I look forward to more releases.

This manga is amazing! It hasn't a very complex and inteligent plot, but it keeps you waiting for the next chapter. The characters are really charismatic, women are beautiful, men are stylish and the most important: The autor show both sides, "villains" and heroes. You don't know who is right, because both sides have they reasons to be fighting.
Can't wait for more!!!

I don't want to say much cuz I usually spoil the fun for others but let me just say that I absolutely adore this manga! The characters, the plot and the atmosphere! I like how the main character does not have a side but instead fights according to his own will and not others! Give it a try cuz for someone who HATES robot/mecha type manga, I definitely fell in love with this one~!

Reminded me a little of ares or rustblaster where there's pretty serious issues that are played down with humor, but it was good. The plot is pretty original and I like the characters (really want to find out lints past!) the action scenes are well drawn and frequent, the only problem is that the translations aren't always the best, I know theyre free and fan made but sometimes, especially with idioms, it feels like they translators barely had a grasp of the English language...but the actually manga is good, I would recommend it

Great setting and great atmosphere but...

The shounen tag should be taken with a grain of salt. Child soldiers, slavery, kidnapping, mass murder, forced drug use and even a scene where a kid gets beheaded and the main character holds the decapitated head.

Par for modern shounen standards, but the story lays it on thick and it can get heartbreaking when the story goes in-depth about it before ignoring or even ENCOURAGING it.

The child soldier main character from the first chapter? Hes forced to fight against his turned-into-a-child soldier little sister before the end of the first volume.

I just read this series up to chapter 30 the other night and holy cow ;-; I want more! The story flow is done at a wonderful pace. There is a really nice balence between it being just character driven and story driven. The development of the characters is really nice, and as they develop, there is just a spice of foreshadowing added into the mix, making sure you don't forget there is something bigger in store.

It is such a wonderful series. Give it a shot~

Annoying

Basic premise is you have 2 sides the privileged people that live on a citadel and the everyone else living under harsh conditions.
The underprivileged are desperate for resources and do not received any aid from the privileged so they attempt to launch guerrilla raids on the privileged.

Our MC is a skilled guerrilla who is part of a failed attack who gets his conscience transferred to a cyborg and is forced to become a lapdog of the privileged.
The manga tries to blur the lines by showing how the hate by the underprivileged guerrillas gives birth to some extremists and also infers that the privileged don't have the excess resources to help the underprivileged.
My problem with that is that most of the cast are privileged and they have no regard for the underprivileged. No attempt to help them or negotiate with them(which leads to escalation of extreme measures by the underprivileged as they get more desperate), they simply annihilate on sight,
The so called privileged enforcers are way more psychotic and violent than the underprivileged guerrillas especially the main female protagonist. She is your typical overpowered female fighter with a tragic past who we are supposed to feel for. I dislike how the author keeps pushing scenarios where we are supposed to feel sorry for her even when she is violently ripping people part by the bucket loads with a huge smile on her face. Plus she is way too powerful. Seriously if the male MC was that strong people would be complaining about how overpowered he is.
Pretty much all the characters come of as self centered and hypocritical.

I was hoping that the MC was going become a bridge between the 2 sides but he has just been a boring tool so far. All he does is whine and why is so weak? He is a cyborg so why can't he fight on even ground with other cyborgs instead of getting knocked around all the time.

Have read through the raws and have been rewarded. Yay all the annoying "Keepers" and the female doctor are killed. Plus MC at least shows some worth in the final few chapters.
