The mc is entertaining to read and, most of all, relatable. People might find it annoying but I loved how morally gray she was. It’s what makes her interesting. Most of all, she knows what she wants and she gets it, and sometimes youre gonna have to hurt people for that. I also love the consistency. I hate how in other stories, the heartless MC suddenly shows kindness when it’s completely out of character. You all love it when theyre sassy, stubborn, self-assured, smart, etc. but then illogically expect those same characters to have a heart of gold. People love the confident mary sue powerful characters right up until the flaws that naturally stem from being a mary sue show. No duh she’s narcissistic, selfish, distant to her new family, not very affectionate, uncomfortable with being taken care of because it makes her vulnerable, etc. What else do you expect from someone who was isekaid, spoiled and treated like a prodigy since birth, shown the trauma she’s experienced, etc.? she’s only a human who doesnt want the pressure & fame being placed onto her. Point being, most of her character traits, regardless of their morality, make sense within the story. If you wanted a powerful character that’s what you get—warts and all.

What really makes this shine is the characters, especially the MC. She seems fleshed out and human, not just a trope. The plot is sometimes iffy but for the most part MC drives the plot forward instead of having things just happen to her. I love a good character-driven story :>

FL's got me cackling every few chapters. Knock down a point cause storyline started dragging towards end of season 2. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to seeing her growth.

Update:
I'm so bummed out that the artist decided to drop it at season 3, but I keep seeing posts about another artist picking it up from fourth season onwards. I just hope the artist stays just as dedicated. It's difficult to find an adventure story with a female lead and be interesting. I like Geenie and as she matures, I hope the author doesn't change her too much. Rating remains the same simply because I didn't enjoy some arcs as much as others.

The MC reminds of an original heroine in an isekai novel who turns out to be the bad guy. I dunno. I got ticked off by her attitude. Some MCs are lazy but I still like them but out of all of them, this girl annoyed me to the point that I almost dropped it after a few chapters.

The MC acts thoughtlessly and irresponsibly like a child, which is fine, until you remember that she's supposed to be 27. Her whole traumatic death experience background also doesn't match with her overall carelessness and impulsiveness.

MC is funny and has interesting adventures...up until the timeskip-ish.

The comedy in this excuses all the things that made me annoyed, top notch! And the drawing aah, so wholesome and amazing

She's funny. Lazy like me.

I like that. Her spirits are cute too. Ray and undine, and that zappy boy.

Took me 40 chapters to truly appreciate it but now I absolutely love it. If you want a Mary Sue who is flawless even as a child and don't like character development like the reviewer below me then this is not for you.
Geenie is lazy, impulsive, ignorant and arrogant at the start of the plot and she makes many mistakes because of these traits until she suffers severe consequences that make her work on herself. I appreciate that the story steers away from the overused "abused in their first life" trope as the author portrays Geenie's struggle to let go of her past and fit into a new world realistically. Art is top-notch. Comedy is good.
This one really stands out in its genre.

Already over chapter 30, I can't stand the MC at all. She's so weak. The author overdid it with her laziness and 'dispassionate' as a personality that she turned her MC useless. completely useless. She wanted to do many thing while dangers lie in every corner but her 'I don't want to do anything' character clashed in a worse possible way with everything that SHE DID! She's mentally seventeen not counting the age she lived in her second life and she's. completely. useless. Like, put this into perspective, I'm a lazy reader who reads webtoons, manga, manhua, and manhwa as a mean to procrastinate from writing my own story, but EVEN I, this lazy reader who couldn't be bothered- I created a mangaupdate account ALL FOR THE REASON TO CONVEY ON HOW DISAPPOINTING AND PATHETIC THIS MANHWA IS! Can you imagine what degree of frustration it took for the introvert me to bother making an account😕

She's so disappointing, weak, doesn't have any goal, keep recklessly going off and then got into a danger when people warned her off. She got in my nerves because we have people who are trying to protect her and watch over her and she went "Oh, but I want to see this/I want to walk around" and slipped away, then she ran back after getting chased by ogres or orcs. Her character is so unstable I've seen self-indulgent novels' MCs more stable than she is. She got scared by the sight of blood, crying "I don't want this" when she literally almost been killed by the same people. Her dramatics reminded me a lot of the 'supposed female leads' of villainess transmigration stories.

Spoiler for chapter 30+: She waited until her friends got bloodied to pulp before summoning her spirits. Don't defend her by saying "Oh, she's in shock." I'm a writer too but all I see in that scene was reckless endangerment. She needed to 'wait' to summon her water spirit again so she closed her eyes and let her friends got beaten into a pulp whilst she was wailing senselessly when she's perfectly capable to summon her lightning spirit, SHE acknowledged that fact but still wanted to wait for the water spirit cooldown as if she was asking those friends to just hang in there and get beaten up until her cooldown disappears. She had a girl who had no power over spirit as a friend and that little girl (With the absence of 17-y/o mental age, MIND YOU) jumped and did her best to stop the attacker from beating up the other friend who was an older boy. YES, the girl got beaten up too while our genius MC was calculating if it was worth it to summon her lightning spirit like her friends were not in the danger of dying right in front of her.

And then bang, she finally summoned the lightning spirit but then her first spirit, the metal (I'm more inclined to metal/mineral) spirit came and she just go "Oh, leave now Ador, you're no longer needed." The lightning spirit literally just appeared- I'm refraining myself from cursing up storms here because srsly, she's so ffffff---- effing useless, pathetic, and a bih of a character. Not fun to read this while I'm in my period, I got angry twice easily and right now I'm really angry.
