While a bit derivative it was entertaining enough in the beginning but it very quickly falls into the familiar trap of bad novel adaptions i.e. it tries to cram in too much and frequently leaves stuff out. Each chapter becomes barely related to the ones before it, characters appear and disappear with little rhyme or reason and anything other than the broadest element of the plot are lost.

Another copy paste of the same thing without even one derivation, how can there be so many series that are the exact same thing, at least change something of the formula...
Expect an arrogant guy, helps a powerful old man with high standing just by serendipity, gets slightly strong because earth has little energy, qi or whatever, many face-palms to the lowly ants that try to make fun of him or get in his way and so on and so on.
If you haven´t read any of the similar manhuas or want more of the same BS, go ahead.
Also, he seams to have traveled to his own past but it's really really unclear and confusing, I could only piece it together after continuing with the story because it's not well presented, either I'm going senile, the plot is a mess or the translation is off at times.
