This collection of one-shots features Takao Shigeru's debut and some of her other early works. Compared to her later works, it isn't very good, but it's better than a lot of one-shots out there. You may have to go back and read them again to understand them, as her subtlety is kind of overpowering here. Takao Shigeru writes many works with unusual plots and situations, and the weirdness here may be a bit off-putting to someone who isn't familiar with her work.
Regarding "Welcome to Slope Mansion" -- It's not really an incest story. The main character's father had a crush on her during her time slip, and when he met her mother he fell in love with the mother quickly because of the resemblance. (I did have to go back and re-read it, though. It is definitely confusing.)
