The new employee Kazuma, who returned to Tokyo from America, reunites with his close friend from middle school, Ren, who is currently working as the top designer at their company.
It is their first meeting since the abrupt farewell during their third year in middle school, 10 years ago.

They love each other so much it hurts.
From the first moment they met each other, their mutual feelings through events were depicted so well. They went through really hard struggles that my heart hurts while adoring their enormous love for each other.
Maybe I’m too greedy but I wish there had been more happy chapters at the end though, I want to see them more lovey dovey and relaxed after all the exhausting drama they’ve been through.
Still this got me so hooked and touched.

It's not that the ending wasn't happy, but the things they went through to get there....ouch. It's so good though.
This manga has a refreshing spin on the classic yaoi pitfall of gay characters villainizing "straight" semes for their sexuality. Like, "you're straight so you can leave me for a woman whenever you want."
Definitely be mindful of the categories and content warnings. But the story is very good.
Note: this record says the manga isn't completely scanlated, but chapter 10 seems like the last chapter (plus there's a little bonus epilogue at the end). Definitely not a cliffhanger.
