firstly i have no expectation with this manga, because i thought it is very outdated thus have cliched story-line and whatnot. however, i am pleasantly surprise. the first story is long and i get quite bored at first but towards the end the twist is very exciting. the second story is very short and i know the twist miles away but the execution is good enough. the third story at first the protagonist grated my nerves but her character development at the end is worth reading them, she become very very cool. the fourth story is also interesting, and the twist at the end is entertaining.
the art is old school, but since i have no problem with it, it do not derail my enjoyment of the story. it may help a bit too, since it create an atmosphere of no expectation, so when the twists came it made me more surprised than if the art is more beautiful or complex.
all in all, a good nice read. however i wont call it 'horror' since the stories are not scary, just supernaturally exciting.
