This seems to be a somewhat weak manhua, but not bad. The artist is likely new to creating manhua, and I understand that everyone starts somewhere and practice makes perfect. The art is fairly simplistic, they definitely rely heavily on chibi-ish styles and the few times they add more detail it shows why they are comfortable with the cutesy chibi styles. The plot doesn't start to pick up until around ch 30, it's a very slow burn romance and nothing has happened between them aside from friendship and one person feeling one-sided attraction. The story is fairly choppy as well, there are time skips and setting changes which happen almost immediately, it's a little disconcerting and a couple of times it's been confusing. Aside from aspects which tell me that the author is new, it's not bad. It's closer to an unpolished work in which there is room for improvement and they will definitely get better in the future. As it is, I'd probably give it a lower score than I usually give out, but I would rather hold off and let the story grow.
