Description
Haruka is a 30-year-old single woman who works as an overworked gossip magazine writer. Back in 6th grade, she had a crush on a 3rd grade boy. Since she was afraid of being bullied due to that, she told others that she crushed on the boy's brother instead. Despite that, the boy confesses and without an answer, moves away. Since then, Haruka wonders why she unconsciously likes celebrities that remind her of him. She wonders if he still remembers her.

Not sure I really can get into the premise of this one. It just seems flimsy and the build up in the first five chapters isn't really compelling. I would read a few more chapters though, just to see if the author takes it in another direction (removing inhibitions and growth) than where I think it's heading (cheesy reunion/romance with a love triangle on he side).

I'm super hesitant to start a romance series by the manga-ka since the last series the LI was extremely toxic towards pretty much everyone but especially the MC.
I feel like Haruka is a likable and relatable MC who feels out of place at her job and life. There is the same curse of random ppl commenting on her marriage status since she is 30 but that's just a common theme in everything I read now.
The main downside so far is the winery owner's childhood friend it would've been fine if they were just friends so I can avoid the eventual train wreck of a love triangle. Also, a lot of the scenes of Haruka's former crush are based off memories instead of actually interacting with him now as a real person so I can see that maybe it's unrealistic to overthink the relationships.

I read up to Ch 54 and yes, it's a total trainwreck but at least it's entertaining...for now.
I then read up to up to Ch 8 and I read the ending it's a total nightmare and I suggest dropping it soon than later. I just wish I had a refund for all that time and energy devoted to this series now. I just don't know why all the mangaka's adult cast are so terrible and lack basic communication sense to be even considered in relationship material.

I feel like it relies too hard on the love triangle when the winery owner is such a terrible and toxic LI that it fails to live up to this. I mean the actor isn't that great since he's pretty wishy-washy but at least he's not as bad? I feel like when it's down to readers accepting the less terrible choice then it's failed as a romance plot.
I feel like by now it's a common theme for her stories to feature abusive LI and it's actually creepy since we're supposed to consider this as an OK character flaw? I don't know.
