I know I shouldn’t be complaining because after all, it’s mentioned dozens of times throughout the first chapter and in the description that our mc is a pushover. And I got what I was served, but why was I so annoyed?

Ok so basically we’ve got this mc who’s a pushover, and oh did I mention that she’s 30 years old? Anyways, our mc is struggling with some problems at home and at work because she’s a pushover. On the day of her birthday she’s sad because no one wants to celebrate it with her except for her mom whom only called her to set her up with a marriage partner. She gets invited to her coworker’s birthday party instead, and ends up getting drunk and doing things she’ll regret (which includes the kissing).

Ughh I know I shouldn’t complain because it said in the description that our mc is a pushover but honestly I really can’t help it, esp if she’s already 30. Like come on girl, you’re a grown woman and you’re still acting like this😕 In a way this plot all seems like some pushover’s little daydream or fantasy. It’s just unrealistic, especially in ep 3, I really couldn’t stand it and had to drop. Maybe I’ll stick around if mc ends up getting some serious and substantial character development but if she ends up being a spineless grown woman then ain’t gonna touch this manhwa ever again.
