Solid story - Great art

This was a solid story with great artwork. There wasn’t any unnecessary drama. I highly recommend.

There were a few items that could’ve used more detail, but it didn’t take away from the story not to have it. Of all the things I would have liked more detail on, probably would have been towards the end, adding some meat on the bones on the stories about his half siblings, the ML parents relationship, and the twins that ended up coming into the picture practically in the epilogue. Not having that details the story is still solid however, having those extra details would have taken this from an 8 1/2 to a 10 for me on a rating scale.

Honestly, refreshing to read something so "mature" in the sense there is no unnecessary drama, yeah, love can totally be like this... their relationship kinda reminded me of my own marriage lol.

I liked the humor, I'm pretty sure the author used her real life experiences. There were such relatable funny moments. The story was the perfect length and the paceing was good.

It is a nice, easy read for when you want something relaxing, some days you just need to read a story where things go smooth and everything falls into place without any complications.

It’s short, cute and funny. I love the art, it’s different from art styles I usually like but that’s why I liked it. It’s a typical enemies to lovers trope so if that’s not your cup of tea, you should skip it. Other than that, I liked the story development. It was a bit dragged but overall I enjoyed the manhwa.

Lol, this is a slow burn? I don't think 66 chapters is slow -- this is a short read. I finished it in one sitting. It's short, cute, simple, funny, and cliché with tropes. But, this webtoon wasn't exactly perfect. There are certain elements that don't sit right with me...

First of all, the pacing is all over the place. They get together around ch 55-56, and then it fast-tracks to the end and explodes in a lovey-dovey world. Like, seriously? It didn't seem like their relationship was so solidified... It felt raw and incomplete. Towards the middle and end, it was like there were missing panels or time-skips between scenes -- it felt like there were gaps or unexplained events. Could be a bad scan that I read, so maybe the official sites would have a more complete version. Not sure, but it was very haphazard. I was confused at times and went backwards multiple times to see if I missed anything.

Secondly, which also has to do with bad pacing or storytelling, is how some details are left unsaid. I love how the ex just dropped off completely from the webtoon. Why give him so much backstory if he was just gonna disappear simply? Didn't feel like that stint to the police station resolved much. We also never hear back about her workplace and coworkers after she was pregnant. And what about the younger sister meeting the General guy? Oh well... It's alright...

I DID appreciate a few things:

LOVE how Subin straightforwardly says she's pregnant and doesn't try to leave or lie after seeing the text about Yejun going to Australia. Thank goodness, I was gonna flip a table if the story went that way.

Another pleasant surprise was the friend at the Jeju Island trip who turned out to be a champ. He was totally painted like a villain, but ending up being so helpful. SO happy for that 🤣

All in all, I enjoyed reading this a lot. Would recommend if you want a simple, short fluffy read. No majorly evil or bad things or characters. It'll be a sappy ride.

Why is this so highly recommended? It's just plain slow burn romance. I thought it'd have some drama, action or mystery but NO. Yawn-fest cause plain romance is boring. Also i hate tropes where the ML falls in love because the FL is the perfect wife and keeps the family together, does all the emotional labour. I guess the ML is bad, just bland.

Short and sweet

It's a short make-you-feel-good read. There were moments where my heart hurted but it healed eventually. The beginning was a little rough to get through. The ML initially wasn't very likeable and the change in FL's attitude towards ML was too sudden. I do think some elements were also lost in translation, causing minor plot holes. The characters do end up growing on me and there a few times I found myself chuckling at their interactions.

It was really great and I really like the ML.
However I'm kinda confused with how they fell in love with each other. But that is a minor cause either ways It was a great read!

First time ever writing a review so bear with me haha 😀

I really enjoyed reading this one, it's hard to find anything that I didn't like about it. Great character development regarding the main characters as well as the important side characters, wholesome, funny, emotional, the dramatic moments well-written, great ML and FL, beautiful art,..

All in all one of the best romances I've read in a while and even though I'm not necessarily a fan of slow burn/romance, it was handled and written very well in this case.

9/10, would definitely recommend! 😀

This is one of the best manhwa(s) I've read ever since. I'm just... blown away.
The characters are consistent, especially the ML. I also loved the FL's guts and the way she handled their relationship. There was no unnecessary drama.
Well,

YeJun's familial relationship may be a little too unrealistic for me but it wasn't something that would make the readers cringe because of its cheesiness.

I don't usually like slow romance, but this one has perfect timing. The main leads had to have character development first and see? After that, they were ready for romance. And that was the reason why I can say that their development as a couple was neither pretentious nor forced (ironically, lol, welp plot-wise).
So yeah, this one is a charmer.
