Sure, Yaiteru Futari is about Kenta and Chihiro.
The real intrigue for me lies with the side ships of Rina and Fushimi (because let's be honest, Chihiro is kind of a bore).

The manga is light hearted, and it is clear the two characters love each other, but sometimes they rub in the face of their audience how adorable and lovely their counter part is
Overall I give this a fair rating which would be a 7, it not reinventing the wheel, but the characters are adorable, I loved chapter 54-55, cause that illustrates how the man is essentially a male wife and the wife is the aggressive partner
