Wholesome cooking manga

I feel like it starts off slow but the manga-ka does a great job of characterization of Nomoto and Kasuga along with their first meeting to their weekly meals together. Also, it expands on how it feels to be a Japanese woman of a certain age who isn't dating or married but has no interest and the constant society's judgment.

I feel like I relate to it a lot due to the calming and SoL elements like there's no sudden third party or drama that makes it look silly compared to how the daily life grinds us down. Also, the other characters talk and discuss their thoughts on food and its relationship to past trauma. Finally, I liked how there was a scene with a asexual and lesbian character where it's often not seen in the most manga but I appreciated her thoughts on how sexuality is different for everyone.
