Clearly some commentors completely missed the entire fact that this is a comedy and think it's a drama. You're supposed to lol at the misunderstandings and the dumb things that come up. Don't take it seriously.

The whole plot hinges on the characters misunderstanding one another. It is rather funny but after 30, 40, 50 chapters it really just starts to get tiring. The story gets stuck and dragged out b.c there is no real conflict other than this one misunderstanding that should have been resolved by now.

I find the father and king more interesting then the FL b.c she isn't doing anything other than sitting on her past life memory without confirming or testing anything out since so much of her life has deviated from her past. I understand her skepticism to trust others, but I find it weird that she always just jumps to conclusions and never tries to confirm any of her theories.

The ML is getting a character arc but I personally hate character arcs that are based solely on the characters first seeds of love, there is nothing wrong with it, but I can't help but wonder how fast you'd revert back to being a tyrant once the honeymoon phase wears off. It is funny to see him learn about love, but I just feel the author should be letting him learn why his tyranny won't be good for the kingdom instead of him only changing his personality to win over the girl he likes.

Overall the art is nice, the misunderstandings are funny but it drags on for too long. This makes for a nice filler read to get a light laugh out of while you wait for other things to update. The story is written mostly for comic effect and it will sacrifice meaningful character development for it, so I would suggest not to take the story to serious b.c then you'll be annoyed.

I binge read this today, I got hooked to it right after finishing the 1st chap to the point that I searched for some spoilers and the spoilers made me look forward to it more.

It started with the og mc who was obsessed with the og story's ml bc her father didn't showed her affection; the cliche of falsely mistaking kindness as love. Her end before the fl transmigrated was that she got abandoned and ended up killing herself Aside from the seriousness of the story, the ml and fl's father are both cinnamon rolls, they may be cold outside but they have a soft and cute side. Fl's personality is also likeable and funny.

As many mentioned here. It's not a complex story. But it's fluffy and enjoyable. The misunderstandings are pretty funny in a cute sort of way. This is good entertainment.

Yet, YET...I love it. It's not even a guilty pleasure, nah. It's out loud and proud, reading pleasure.

If you don't like, or are not in the mood for, brainless fluff this is NOT recommended. It really is as bad as a lot of the reviewers are claiming. There's nothing here that just about every other Josei/romance regression manhwa hasn't done better. Not even the art.

Not sure what kind of manga/manhwa/manhua others have read to give this artwork such high marks but...ah, please, you guys gotta read waaaay more Asian Josei/romance comics if you think this is amazing art. There are SO MANY that are SO much better. (Argh, I sound conceited and holier than thou...but I don't know how to word it more tactfully.😫)

This is so great! The author's comedic timing, pacing, plot are all so wonderful. She's really connecting the dots well, and thin things up. I didn't realise how well planned this story was, till so many things started to get unveiled.

Definitely worth a read! One of my fav isekai manga!

I don't understand how anyone can dislike the main leads. I'm simping for them, father included.

I do still very much like the characters but the storyline does drag on for a bit. Still got my heart aching and tears flowing though.

As of ch.25, most characters are idiots, behave bizarrely, or are very inconsistent, but somehow it kind of works in a trash tv sort of way.
It's bonkers.
