Imo this is underrated. An average of 5.4/10? It deserves a better rating.
Basically after surgery he became super handsome. As you can expect he got several sexual partners (not that much). Don't worry he didn't become a true scumbag.

In chapter 1 the one he had crush is actually a b*tch thus the heartbreak. However he had revenge later (c40)
The real focus is on another matter : Two childhood friends (protagonist and main heroine) who didn't know they were in love.
The main heroine was already married at the beginning. She was the only one who never cared about the protagonist's ugly appearance.
Here's come a plot twist : she never had s*x with her husband as of now!
However the husband do 'touch'/'grope' her which may disturbs some.
The real focus is on another matter : Two childhood friends (protagonist and main heroine) who didn't know they were in love.

I glanced at the raw, the protagonist and the heroine had s*x several times. One night she caught her husband and his lover in the act. Then she left and married the protagonist.
However later troubles came, that former b*tch revealed his past to everyone and sometime later the ex-husband came to make troubles too. I'm happy that nurse still love the protagonist despite his past but i'm unhappy that she pounced on the protagonist when he was mentally weakened.
Author could have ended it earlier imo. In c96 our heroine looks pregnant.
