The art is nice and the plot is fine, nothing fresh and original but that isn't necessarily a bad thing.

When you really stop and think about it though, the FL has done nothing. She cared for the boy for one month and after that she sat in the room having a certain emotionally oblivious ML try to woo her. Yes I know she read the book and has some memories of her past, but when she is faced with challenges like entering the aristocratic world and having proper etiquette or finding ways to protect her nephew, she has done nothing at all.

She doesn't study or try to improve her etiquette, and yet she hopes not to create any openings. She is told to stay away from someone, and of course she does the opposite and only causes problems instead of solutions. She worries about the assassins and yet she really hasn't done a thing to gather information. I understand she lacks resources but at this point if you take away all the fluff between the FLnd the ML, you realize she hasn't done anything at all.

Pretty art, a good plot that makes me want to know what's next, and main characters that are reasonable and not annoying. There're a good amount of funny moments and cute moments too.

9/10 only because the kid isn't focused on much and IMO if a cute child is gonna be in the story, there should be a lot more cute moments with him! It feels as if he's been more of a background character since they got to Winterwald. Also, other than the ML, FL, and somewhat the kid, there aren't really any strong side characters as of yet.

Would recommend this!

I love the mc, her dynamics with her nephew and the uncle are so great. Overall a cute read so far !!

It's start really promising, than gradually became almost unbearably slow. Although the MC know how the novel should be going, she dosn't really use her knowledge, just go with the flow. There is a twist that was hinted from the very begining and in ch 75 finally aknowledge it, only for saying it will be explained later.
The art is really pretty so you can still enjoy it, but be prepared it's progress rather slowly.

It's good. Our mc isn't anyone special, she's very much supposed to be the everyday woman. Not especially intelligent or talented or anything. There are a few few occasions where she clearly makes the suboptimal move or just makes mistakes and I can be frustrated. But she's a strong character, in that she's strong in character, she's sincere in protecting the ones she cares for...though sometimes she should be a little less distracted.

Male lead is also nothing special, exactly. Not in a great way. But he is different in that he's unempathetic, or rather indifferent, to many in a way that you'd not expect of a hero. No qualms in firing a bunch of employees even if some innocents are mixed in. Rather than not caring that they'd struggle financially, the thought won't even occur to him. So he's special in that sense, while still being duty-driven. So a decent character overall.

Other male lead we're purposely not let into the thoughts of in matter related to plot. But his secret you can figure out fairly easily maybe five or so chapters, definitely in later ones. Which kind of makes it irrelevant that they don't just come out and say it?

Anyways. So the premise is she is brought along when her nephew is taken in to be a noble heir. But htis series isn't really a political drama. Most maneouverings are reactive. It's not quite a romance, though that does pick up in the later parts of season 2. I guess it's just us..following a woman thrown into these circumstances? Hard to pin-down a genre.

Very very low-magic setting. I expect the ONLY time that magic will be relevant here is to explain the isekai/returnee thingy.

the art, ML and Luca are fantastic. I wish the story could pick up the pace more. I wish Luca had more character development and story involvement because at this point he seems to be the character with the most room for (rapid) growth

its wholesome. the ml is hot. its a little uncomfortable when they sorta say theyre related (which happened too often for me to just forget about it and enjoy the romance) but i cant tell if that was a mistranslation or if they actually are related. and if they are related i could probably forgive it if theyre really distantly related. but they just seem to keep mentioning it and its so awkward.
that is my biggest pet peeve with this one.
theres a scene where ml shoots a guy on a train and i was so shocked when i was reading. that part was super fun lol.

Average FL and typical dark haired ML. Nothing special, and the plot is largely centered around the romance and the FL just going along with what she's told to do, and where she's told to go. 53 chapters in and she's done nothing. What has been flipped or changed except that she was nice to the nephew before the ML arrived? Pretty art, but I'm bored and may drop if it doesn't pick up in the next few chapters
