I was surprised at how good it is as a whole. The pacing is a bit fast sometimes, but better that than dragged out.
The characters are what raises this to goodness. They're all distinct and are their own people. There's no higher praise than that when it comes to characterization.
The plotline too was interesting, even if it does seem a bit tame/directionless early on. It really found it's direction and marched forwards with impunity. Liked it a lot.

For a manga with isekai in title, it averts most of the related tropes. The story feels incoherent - each volume moves plot into more grandiose direction making it feel out of the blue,

what starts as dealing with being isekai'd into a prison full of animal girls ends up in saving the world from a classmate turned tyrant.
