The interactions between the siblings are entertaining and their story is engaging for the most part.
There's lots of skills that show up out of nowhere just in time to save the day and there's several sidetracks that just didn't need to happen (ex, they don't get their cards to display their own status. Pointless.)
Another huge question, what was Haru doing the entire time Touka was working, shopping, and even cooking? Was she mentally incompetent? She's 16 and can't stir fry bean sprouts. Did she need to be hidden from everyone since they haven't gone shopping together in a year (even though she's a brocon)?

The "redemption" of their father in the last couple chapters was ridiculous and completely unbelievable. He was a self-centered, deluded man who didn't give a crap about his kids.
Supposedly the dad was involved in the 8.01 disaster (ch45), the mom died (somehow?) And the dad disappeared without a word (they mention a note but don't even share the contents so you have to assume it was pretty lame), leaving a 15 yo daughter and 16 yo son to fend for themselves... no money, no guardian, no place to stay (dad had no idea where they were living before Touka dropped his Adventurer ID). Didn't send anyone to check on them, didn't try contacting them at all. Supposedly because he "knew they'd be ok". Well, if you knew they'd be ok, then why did you run off to America to try to "save them"?
He says he went to America to make sure another disaster never happened again. No insight into how he thought that would help or, if his kids would even be alive by the time he finished his windmill-tilting.
Ending would have been much better if they hadn't been able to save him and they'd been left with some uncertainty about his true motives instead of the "and everyone lived happily ever after" ending that still didn't adequately explain their father's motivation.
