Note to self: read c3 but it was. not good
no foundation for feelings but that's what you get with that page limit, I guess.
But I decided to read most of the BL in that tag so I'll archive it anyway lol

Hmm...the plot is pretty average although it's nothing like any other yaoi plot. But I still don't feel any sparkle or feelings when I read this. The storyline feels like it's pretty flat and straight. Even the jokes seems...normal. I don't know how to put it into words but I think the plot and characters are too blunt and boring. It's like reading a text book. You just read whatever's in front of you and that's it.

I've gotta say, this isn't really my cup of tea. The art isn't a problem, since I'm fine with old and modern arts but the storyline or probably the flow of the story isn't very well done. It's like there's no climax. It's just dead straight. Well, if you want to give this a try, you can. Maybe you might think differently from me. bigrazz

first off, if you try reading this for the sex don't bother because it is not stimulating at all. you can't see their bodies, just their expressions. and those parts is far and few between.

if you read this for the story, you will be in for a pretty good ride. the characters are all likeable and interesting. they may not be 'deep' but they have enough dimensions and flesh for just one shot story.

the first story has the element of sibling love that is untainted, you can really feel the protagonist's affection towards his brother however much he deny it. the way he try to work on it, you can feel his painful lost.

the second story is quite regular apart from the fact that it broke the misconception of the protagonist, and the readers misconception of the usual innocent character stereotype. just because they look innocent doesn't mean they can't have life experience.

i really like the woman character in the third story. she's happy, carefree and live life to the fullest, which in turn make the two men she left behind try to live their life as free as hers.the last chapter give off a nice feeling.

this collection have good stories and good characters, so give it a try.

I cried alot at the first story perhaps because i myself have brothers and would be devasted is they died. But really, the first chapter was touching and i felt the relationship developed very well and seemed realistic despite being supernatural.
The second story was alright, i liked the aspect of how you cant make correct assumptions of someones personality and only come to be surprised by the truth.
Third story started off very well but i felt the ending was too unrealistic of the way the step-father fell for the son. Anyway, i disliked the appearence of the woman in that story but she wasn't an evil bitch so it didn't bother me as much as it would have in other circumstances. However, now that i read this story again, i realise how good it really is. The whole phycological and unselfish love that was between the mother and child was great. They were almost the same person and so they also lovd the same person and only now that i read it again do i realise the extent of this love as both charecters heal each other to come to love once again without putting the mother memory in vain.
The art was ok, very clean and gives of a sort of 90's vibe. Overall, they're stories worth checking out and are unlike most shallow yaoi stories now-a-days.
