I really enjoy the mechanic of the MC's experience
I think too many mangas are really simplistic in how the MC conquers and gets EVERYTHING they want. This is a really beautiful depiction of how life is filled with difficult choices that have far reaching and hard to understand implications until after the fact. The story really captures a sense of human dilemma for those of us with the immense privilege to have time to waste on entertainment (e.g. reading mangas, haha) and therefore plenty of daily choices on what we do with our lives and how we influence those around us.
The explanation of how experiencing suffering can directly nurture our hearts of compassion and commitment to help others is also really wonderfully profound. I really enjoy this manga.

The whole idea behind the cost of the karma being gained/lost when the MC goes back and changes history. Especially, the idea that in order for Che Guevera to become who he was, he had to see extreme suffering in the world.

It started off good with a twist off someone already mentioned Dimensional Mercenary but minus the 60 chapter arc from just one trip.
However after about the 20th chapter it started going downhill quickly with a confusing at times convoluted plot. With a heaping helping of the author's own politics, ethics, and morals. Which just made the plot even more convoluted than it already was.
I kicked it to the curb when the author was trying to compete with Dimensional Mercenary with a trip that was too long for it's own good. It's a shame since it started off good but tripped up when the author muddied it up with too much of the above mentioned.

It's like a bad version of "Dimensional Mercenary", the first time travel was ok, the second is quite bad and poorly written. And that was enough for me, it was above all, quite boring imo, there's nothing particularly memorable about the MC, the story or the arcs. and between the "muscle memory" BS and the use of knowledge outside of the era portrayed I also found it slightly annoying too.
