FL contradicts herself: she is a receptionist bc she wants a safe job, but she still goes inside dungeons to solokill bosses regularly.
She is a receptionist and as such have to exchange loot from adventurers against money on a daily basis, and yet, she doesn't take the loot from the dungeon for herself when she kill a boss.
=> She's stupid.
With a little more neuron, she could have been rich without needing to work anymore.

Even after the leader of silver's sword discover her identity, she doesn't think of using him as a proxy to sell the relics. Or to accept to join his team but to be paid higher than the receptionist job and to act only as a safe net when silver sword can't handle the boss themselves.
As a remainder, she has a 30 year mortgage.

Art is nice, the character designs are nice, the premise is fun, character arcs/development feels good, and the plot gets interesting.
The English translation stops at a good point in time, currently, but that's mid-volume so there is more. Regardless of whether it gets finished, you won't feel bad about reading this one up to chapter 23 (which is where the translation is actually at... I just don't know who did it as "no group" is the author where I read it).

This is fun, yeah but how did it get an anime with only 2 volumes and its over 2 years old?
Who doesn't love a cute, overpowered underdog?
The person you'd least suspect is the strongest, but she doesn't care about using that strength in ways that society would expect. She just wants to live her normal life and maybe sometimes go blow off some steam when it gets to be too much.
