To be honest the plot looks quite amateurish.
The translation looks also a bit sloppy. Interaction between characters are quite lacking.
Basically, protagonist's friends took a pic of his D's size and it became viral. As expected, more and more female characters are getting interested into him.

The first female lead fell for him after seeing his D.. at a point she went from love interest to sex friend in protagonist's mind. Ugh so annoying.. it gets somehow resolved still not quite later though..
The second female lead fell for him seeing him no interested into her.. she already looks ready to lose her virginity the day she meets the protagonist. She is proactively getting close to the protagonist in public. Her advantage is that she tried to get close to the protagonist before the pic become viral.
The first and second female lead were virgins and main heroines.
The third female lead is a s*x addict...
The fourth female lead is a s*x educator...
Honestly the romance is frustrating. The protagonist is indecisive. Don't expect much when reading it.
