Could have been better.

I both agree and disagree with the other reviewers.

Story 1 is predictable, sweet, and rather stupid.
Story 2 had more promise. It wants to be dark and angsty, but the lack of story handicaps it greatly. There is non-con, but I wouldn't call it rape (by yaoi standards). The protagonist was more pet than prostitute. And it's also sweet in its way.

Both stories could have been much better. Art is so-so. Feels like an early work. Still an okay read though.

the first story feels like it was written by a 9-yr-old (well, minus the sex maybe); it's that sort of fairytale with evil, scheming relatives out to rob the lonely young master. it has a silly plot, and is completely predictable.

the second story doesn't even live up to this low quality. because rape, of course, makes the rapee forget all about his prior love and fall in love with the rapist.

the sex isn't hot, the art is worse than average for BL. you know, i usually try to say something good about manga i read, but i can't think of anything here.

Very Sweet, coulda been longer...

this manga needed to be a little longer, the first story was very sweet its so obvious that these two love eachother, it was just a cute quick story.
Spoiler (highlight to view)
however, the story that needed MUCH longer was Chap 5 (some spoilers) i think Yukinari lied when he said he didnt love the count i mean in one panel his heart is telling him to go back to the count and yet in the next scene he has slept with the boss and decided that he no longer loves the count, how can he love him one second and then not the next? its too unrealistic. i think he stayed with the boss because he wanted whoever to love him, no matter who it was. he keeps think about him even when he is with the boss, so i feel like he would always think of and love the count even if he stays with the boss. the count could have been developed more, i understand that if he was a cold calculating person that he would be terrified to change because he was growing to love Yukinari but why would he sell him? wouldnt he find some other way? but then the count is working in human trafficking maybe he was so afraid to love him that he had to "prove" to himself that he didnt matter that much to him. it was unrealistic that he went to look for yukinari and promised to never sell him again it seemed out of character, maybe if they had shown his character regreting his choice after yukinari left it might be more believable, but i mean come on he waited an entire month and he randomly decides to get him back?

The art is great for this mangaka so is quite enjoyable and for those who have yet to read this sort of story it can be entertaining but this one for me was too predictable, from beginning to end.
