I got this manga from my book store, although it translated to Bahasa, it's title is rising sun, and from the copyright notice it said "rising sun" not rising san.
This manga about Japan under heavy the economics collapse and become landfills, nice story, nice art and I give it 10 for rating this manga.
And I think this story maybe similiar for what happen right now when the economic falling a part around the world, like state and UK, and maybe what this manga said, it's might be come happen. but I think not to Japan, but might be to other country.
