Description
[Onigiri-Gakuen]
No one knows that 1st year Rena (16) and upperclassman Kyouta (18) are in fact married. This manga follows them in their lives to discover more about each other and keep the fact they are married a secret from everyone at school. They'll be tested in Jealousy, love confessions, exams, love, mother in laws, embarrassing situations, noisy neighbors and teachers.

This was like stereotypical shoujo, but somehow incredibly worse. There is absolutely nothing redeeming about the main character. Absolutely nothing. What makes her personality even worse is that despite HER lack of redeeming qualities, she still gets extremely jealous, is stupid (earns incredibly bad grades), and harps on her "husband" for the most ridiculous things.
The saddest part of this entire thing is that I like shoujo. I like it enough to tolerable the more than occasional stupid shoujo heroine. But this manga... somehow I couldn't tolerate it. Even though the individual "CG" scenes (which are few and far in between) are cute, I couldn't stomach the entire thing. She was just so irritating.
As for the art, it was okay. It was nothing to merit reading the entire two volumes of extreme shoujo heroine stupidity. In my personal opinion, even if you have all the free time in the world, there are HUNDREDS of heroines of decent shoujo that are less annoying than this main character. Or at least, you know, heroines that actually have ONE redeeming trait.
Even Itazura na Kiss was more tolerable than this, though I have to occasionally wonder "where the hell are the girl's brain cells?"
Note: The male lead is actually likable. This, though normally a good thing, makes this manga even more irritating, because you always get this feeling that this girl doesn't deserve him. It feels like the heroine worked some sort of shoujo magic; it's that unbelievable. Or maybe, he just lost a lot of brain cells and miraculously fell in love with her. Either way, I felt bad for him for having such an incredibly annoying, stupid girlfriend. The entire time.
TL;DR : Recommendation to all (even shoujo lovers): Skip it.

cute manga. eh.
i was actually slightly captivated by the final story. not because of the plot or anything, but it was the first time in a shoujo manga that i saw a female character retaliating physically against the bullying of other girls. not that violence should be celebrated or anything, but it was a welcome change to the typical cattiness of those kind of exchanges in shoujo manga. lol.

Manga with a secret marriage was exciting! (My fave)
Viewing figures teenage boys who really loved his wife, and kept trying to restrain himself for the teenage girl(his wife) (holding for not doing what is usually done the husband and wife. * You know *) And indeed his wife was already like a rescuer/his precious talisman. He can rise because of his wife. INTERESTING!
And marriage is actually less approved by the mother of the manand father of the girl, really funny!
I will give 10 !!
