I want to like this, I really do. But the main character is a really wishy-washy lame guy, and it detracts from the story. He's not stupid, despite what a tag says, he's just really wimpy. Which, to be fair, he's an introvert gamer, and doesn't want to be bullied. But by the same token, he has a 'friend' who IS bullied, and he doesn't do shi* about it.

So he gets this game that affects the real world, and it increases his abilities, but he spends too much time being a wimp about EVERYTHING that it takes any enjoyment out of it. And lo-and-behold, when his bullied friend ALSO gets the game, he starts protecting the bullies. No joke. It's... unbearable to read on how much of a wimpy weakling he is, yet how self-righteous he acts while STILL being wimpy about it. He literally does nothing but run away from his issues, and it's infuriating. Not to mention the story seems to be making the lead bully more than a minor character, and he's totally obnoxious about it.

19 chapters in, and i can't really continue. I may skim to see if it gets more tolerable, because it really does have a decent premise. And i actually really like the art style! It's a bit less refined, but more expressive because of it.
