Description
It is about a young, prominent surgeon, who left a prestigious hospital in Tokyo and moved to an isolated island in the southern part of Japan. He works at a clinic there as the only doctor on the island. First the islanders didn't trust him but slowly he gains their respect.
Note: Won the 49th Shogakukan Manga Award in the General category in 2004.

well, because it's already goes many many chapter in my country, i can say that
at first i dislike it like comic bomber, but the most of the main story not around surgery and medical like team medical dragon manga
the story evolve, from first unacceptable doctor in an island, and become closer to the islanders.
the romance is so so, because it's not the main story
and never hope ecchi and another harem like most of manga nowadays
it's a pity that no one scanlate this, because the story is so good and the inspiration you can get from the story is worth
so far (from my country comic's) i willingly give 9 out of 10
