Description

Apparently in Fantasyland, everyone will be self-motivated to work and find their own life-fulfilling occupation. All the Lord needs to do is pay them a guaranteed monthly salary and take care of all their expenses. No way anyone would take advantage of the system or have any selfish desires.
I guess compared to a single coin for travel expenses, being given a wooden sword for protection and eating grass from the roadside any kind of job would be considered more fulfilling.

The plot consist of short and simple stories: new person with it's own boring and stupid circumstances appears; MC offers 40h working week; person agrees.
