What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

This series has some gorgeous colored artwork peppered in by the character designer for Miku, Rin/Len and Luka but the little oneshot stories inside are pretty lousy in terms of art and especially plot. Unless you are a big vocaloid fan/collector then stick to the vocaloid music and games and don't waste your time with any of the manga adaptations (most of them are awful, to be honest.)

It was alright some really funny parts some eh funny but really the funniest was when Hatsune randomly grew into a giant and fought with a leak.
