Description
The main character is Dan-bi, the daughter of a Yakuza boss. One night, the father she loves more than anything is killed before her eyes. The killers blind her, making her father's death the last thing she sees with her own eyes. Her mother sends the wounded Dan-bi to Korea, where she has an eye transplant. From then on, Dan- bi is to be a good girl, live with her aunt, and stay out of trouble.

Reading the comments I expected it would be a lot worse than this. I didn't find it that confusing. Yeah it's a bit messy, but lots of HMR's works are like that. Get used to it 
Anyway, Love SOS isn't her best work but it's not that bad either. For once it's not all about gangs and school leaders, the guys aren't even violent guys and have very different personnalities (they are all a bit cliché but well...). But i didn't find the plot really interesting.
Also I didn't like the fact that the heroine is some sort of substitute of a deceased girl that everyone liked before. I found all this story about the eyes a bit creepy. Her revenge was also too unrealistic.

It happened really fast and way too easily. Come on, if that guy was really the head of the Yakuza what a joke... And as if she could get away with it like that, without dealing with any consequences and everyone accepting what she did without batting an eyelash...

i would say after reading a few volumes it was bad, i personally wouldn't have read it if it wasn't from HWANG Mi Ri unlike her other series this one is very confusing and didn't know where the heck the story was going and the characters weren't interesting at all.
this story has one of the most confusing and twisted plots i have ever read. my brain hurt trying to figure what was going on with so many things happening. if you like stories with drama and round-about plots then go for this otherwise, stick to something simple.
Why is it the characters in these stories are always fighting? I mean is that just a fact of life in Korea, everyone is always violent, you don't survive unless you're the jjang or something like that? Hard to like or empathize with characters who act like this. Just once I'd like a story that didn't revolve around gangs and fighting.
the mangas not heo the Description says it! but i love this manga i wonder how the ending will be since vol.5 and 6 just got released!
Love this mangaka her stories r the best n the drawing is not that bad either. I hate the girls like innocent, really dumb, weak, n sometimes the main character like the hot guy u know blah blah that's how it goes but in reality it's not that easy dunno why the mangakas would chose those sort of main character it's so not interesting. Anyway I highly recommend this manga I'm sure u'll enjoy it.
