Not so bad

I didn´t like the illustrations, the story is not really deep, but if you are looking for something just easy to read in one sit this book is what you are looking for. It is silly, pink and easy to follow, but bear in mind you WON´T get a plot with twist and turns nor a very original story. SKIP THE ILLUSTRATIONS the characters are not cute at all, I REALLY recommend you use your imagination for this one.

to be honest this story is not one I would call a masterpiece, but it's not as bad as many people make it out to be. if you want a nice read without any complicated stuff and just want to relax a little this is a good chioce. if you want something immersing and exciting then I would reconment other yaoi novels.

I am a fan of Koujima Naduki-sensei's work so I decided to read the book. However, I felt the author didn't do her part much.

The beginning was confusing. It jumped right in with the dialouge, making me confusing. I tried to reread what I just read, but gave up and trudge on, trying to figure out who's who and what's going on. I did figure it out....toward the beginning of the middle. What I hate was that I was confused at first, didn't make me enjoy it much. At one point, I was thinking to myself, "Are you serious? Am I reading some fanfiction story suddenly?"

Now, the storyplot is interesting and spark my interest. The way it was WRITTEN just didn't make me enjoy the story that much. Too much dialouge and less explaining. And when it was explained, I felt I was reading a monotone-textbook paragraph. The author needs more practice of integrating explanation and dialouge together.

But what I did like the best from the author was that I did find the characters enjoyable. What the author do need to work on is to make the characters "grow" and let us audience get attach to them even more when we learn more about them, their past, etc.

Now, I know some people might not like the artist's style of art, so this novel is either you really love it or you really hate it.

Memorably Ridiculous

I gave it a two, only because it did evoke emotional responses, and strong ones at that. I laughed, but not from clever witticisms. I cried, but not from traumatic interplay. My stomach clenched, but not from connection with the characters plights.

Sheer ridiculousness! The characters were silly, shockingly unrealistic and shallow. The sequence of events were nonsensical, and that is saying a lot for someone like myself who ADORES the fantasy land that is yaoi.

I don't know which was more scream-worthy, the child-man metamorphosis, the inane dialogue, or the brainless reactions and events.

ha, what can I say? first off I found this story pretty stupid. the structures of plot line was kind of childish and amateurish like a 12 years old kid had tried to write a story about gay demons and had failed terribly.

second, sex scenes were not that great, actually those were so uninteresting and tasteless. the seme and uke are both so unsexy, dull and plain. although the writer has tried to add to the fuel of their passion in the sex scenes by giving more details about love making times, especially at the end of the book, but still I couldn't sense any love between these two characters, they were like two persons who were involved in an unwanted relationship while seme was forcing himself on the uke most of the times. totally hated it.

the illustrations were ... how do i say it... HORRIBLE. and I really mean it. I never had seen such an ugly angels and demons any where else. *sighs*

I will delete this story right away, it doesn't worth occupying the precious space of my hard drive.

i really hate that Kaie didnt try harder to fight off Lutz when he was seducing him, he seemed so willing and DESPERATE even to cheat on Daina. If Daina hadn't shown up and stopped it from happening, Kaie would have eagerly cheated on him. And yet Daina was only mildly irritated by this, he should have broken up with him, Kaie acted like he wanted to be faithful and yet he just stood there and let the other guy seduce and was about to sleep with him when Daina showed up. i understand being attracted to others but being that desperate to cheat? it just means that eventually he will cheat on Daina.

I find Koujima-sensei's art to be an acquired taste...but the story here is cute and funny. It's a fantasy romance/infatuation with ecchi parts. Nothing really deep; I found it a fun read.

Congratulations Little Darling, you are the first and last thing I will ever rate as a one.

This was a mess of a book. I don't know if it was a bad translation, badly written in Japanese, or or a joint failure, but it read like a middle school kid's attempt at NaNoWriMo. Or a bad fic. Or both. I would have even been okay with bad writing if there had at least been a comprehensible story buried under it, but alas, it just wasn't there. To make it even worse the illustrations were provided by Kohjima Naduki, one of only two mangaka who I truly dislike the art of.

I can honestly recommend that you just skip this one.
