Nice to read

Enjoyed reading it, though the story is quite simple yet the stories were nice. My favorite would be Spring Egg, Sunflower Girl and Prince and I. The plot could be predictable (well since its a shoujo) but still fun to read. Good thing they are many short stories. biggrin

Disappointed

I was expecting more. The art work needs some help about the only thing keeping me reading is the story line and even that is shaky.

An earlier work?

I enjoyed each of these stories, and loved three in particular. As usual, her character interactions and comedic timing is classic. This is a fun read for her standards and I liked it overall.

NAKAHARA Aya might have based the story of Lovely Complex from this earlier work of her. If you want to know why read the story 5.

all of them are actually hilarious. the one i liked the most was story 2. i thought it was really cut.

a bit average (for a Nakahara-manga)

I've only read the first story so far, so my rating may change after reading the other 5 stories. It's a somewhat early work of Nakahara-sensei's, so it's apparent she's still growing as an artist... but I was happy to see her odd sense of humour is already there, which makes the story pretty enjoyable. I enjoyed the characters' interactions and dialogue.

The only thing I thought somewhat lacking was the abrupt and not-quite-believable ending. It left me a little unsatisfied (compared to her other later works) but it's still a fun, good read for fans of Nakahara Aya or shoujo manga in general!
