too typical to remember

very standard BL romance, complete with dumb misunderstandings to provide crisis, and overblown corny promises; entirely predictable. because i prefer some depth, this was just too superficial to satisfy me. i only really liked the funny bits (there are some very cute ones). the sex is too vague to be hot.
the art is a cut above average though. very nicely presented; the mangaka clearly did some research on the subjects.

Sweet Traditional Romance Fantasy

Both stories are fun reads, and they both have the same 'feel' to them. But they are distinct enough from one another that they remain interesting. The stories holds together and are plotted at a fast pace.
There are funny bits (e.g.: In the first story, when the butler describes everyones secrets so matter-of-factly in order to black mail them; in the second story, when Misumi realizes why men don't dance together ballroom style... something about the close proximity of protruding body parts), and there are magnificent illustrations of dancing and beautifully sharp outfits.
The problems with this anthology are minimal. For one, there are the promises. I didn't even realize in the second story that the couple had full-on intimacy until the chapter after, when they were talking about it. The sex scenes are half way between clear explicit, and half way between vague shoujo flowers, which ends up being mildly disappointing because the scenes lead you on. The second fault was more a personal preference for stories that hold a bit more seriousness.
Overall, it was a fun, light, pretty and highly vanilla romance-fantasy (other than the insignificant detail that it's homo not hetero) with just enough story delivered with an educated rhythm to make me stay in the moment, thinking about, and feeling for, the characters. But I doubt I'd think about it once I left their universe.
The oneshot, at only seven pages returns to the school boy and his butler. It was exceedingly cute and immediately, lovably fun! A sweet, humourous and sexy little moment!

I have to say that this manga was pretty bland and typical. Over all it was ok...I did finish it. I doubt I will remember the charaters, or bother to re read. If you have time then read it. Other than that I don't think it's worth much.

I don't understand all the mediocre reviews. Admittedly the plot for both stories are predictable and the supposed twists are obvious right from the start. Plus the sex scenes are just so random and fast, that it's all over before you know it, unfortunately.
But, I liked the characters. I liked the art. And I liked the humour. Especially in the 4th chapter when both characters flashback to the "Slow, slow, quick, quick, slow~" moment from the previous chapter, haha XD
So while this manga may be nothing new, I think both stories are great if you want something light and not filled with unnecessary angst. There are no stupid misunderstandings or love-triangles, or any of that usual crap. The love between the main couples is believable and although the promises they make to each other may seem a bit far-fetched in reality, this is fiction so it's actually very sweet. And as I said earlier, the characters are all likeable. Even the secondary ones are entertaining (especially the "delinquents" in the first story XD I love them before and after their change!) Plus the art is nice and pretty ^__^
