In the first chapter, I believe the boy is the reincarnation of his grand uncle. I don’t like that the ghost refuses to accept the fact and keeps seeing him as his lover.
The second is pretty nice and one I like the most of this manga. It’s the only one without the smut other than the hallucination.
I don’t dislike the third, but it’s really silly not only bc of incest. The kid didn’t seem to have a huge problem giving in to intimate.
I don’t like fourth at all bc of spoiled brat, the lack of plot and conflict, and the sex.
The fifth is the worst. Why the f*ck would someone like that? There is rape, but what’s worse is the kid already fell in love with a monster after being abused by him. Even though that guy is caring for his brother, he doesn’t improve his personality too much. The kid has a bad Stockholm syndrome.

The first two of these stories were really nice, so I felt pretty confident about this one, but the rest are awful, rape-y, and plain stupid. I would advize to stop after the second story unless you have a rape kink and don't mind incest or bad writing.

I reeeeeeaaaaaaaaallllllllllyyyyyyyyyy liked the last story. Except for the art, it was great. I didn't like how the semes were drawn, to be honest, though the last story's plot was great. All of the semes had like really pointy chins, tiny squinty eyes, and strange-shaped upper lips. The ukes were cute, though.

I did like this series as it had a variety of characters, dramatic situations, and the couples came off as cute but on some level, I realize I shouldn't. None of the sexual action can really be considered consensual, in the beginning at least. Especially the third story. I mean, the comedy was good but . That shouldn't be entertaining.

It's hard to rate collection of oneshots because they're usually a mixed bag.

1st story: I didn't like the characters too much but in terms of plot, it was interesting and different. I like the blur between reality and dreams.
Responding the the previous review: Just because it was a sad ending is no reason to give it a low rating...in my opinion, sad endings are what make a story memorable.

2nd story: Not a bad story. Just your typical girly/pretty uke and your manly seme. Not memorable and very predictable.

3rd story: Shouta / 3some thing what? I usually don't mind if the plot or characters were worthwhile but...no.

4th story: Shouta-ish....not memorable.

5th story: The cover story and my most favorite of this collection. I guess I'm rating this a 9/10 solely for the 5th story! The I like the prison-themed story line and the characters actually have PERSONALITY! Some people may not like it because it's a bit violent but hey, prison isn't a field of flowers and candy clouds, yeah? I also like the character development. The mangaka should've expanded this oneshot into an entire volume...that would've been pretty sweet

over all of mizukami's work... i think this will be the first one that i dislike.. the story maybe good however, the first one ended in a SAD way ( i HATE SAD ENDING) , second is not that entertaining, third story , family affair.. well i also HATE SHOTACON soo a big NO for me, the fourth is also a SHOUTA!! geezhh and the last story....hhhhh just another SHOTACON... (

The Welcoming Fire: Haunting and beautiful and brought a tear to my eye at the regret and unresolved issues that overruled death and time. I loved the combination of history and spirituality with the festival of the dead. What a sensitive young man was the original owner of the body! As per normal, Mizukami-sensei's artwork is lush, creative and alive as she illustrates possession and ghosts. . .

The Sea Roar: *ded* Unresloved Sexual Tension G-A-L-O-R-E. My heart is still thumping! Such a sweet story. And Mizukami's best art work is always in these beautifully detailed period pieces. Breath taking by words and art.

The Delicious Family Affair: BAHAHAHAHAHA! I haven't laughed that hard in a looong time! WTF is this madness?! That was pure liquid humour for me! It was just so, so, wrong. . .and yet right. There is a strong shota, incest and dubious consent element in this silly, silly story. The expressions on the father and brother's faces are just so animated and overly dramatic that they are hilarious.

Mizukami-sensei - you amaze me with your vast repertoire of talents. How do you put out such deep philosophical and psychological manifestations through art and words and then also such purely simple pokes of fun at taboo subjects with no deeper point? Gods, but I adore you. <3
