I was really impressed by how much personality was packed into every character in this book - from their designs to their dialogue, each was truly unique. As I read it, I could almost hear their voices, and the action flows so smoothly that it felt more like I was watching it on a screen rather than reading out of a book. I definitely recommend it for fans of quirky sci-fi (it reminded me a bit of eV by Alfa Robbi) - and although it was discontinued after volume 1, I would argue that volume 1 can be viewed and appreciated as a stand alone story.
