Its cute and unusual. Good read. I'm glad it was so short because it would be a shame if the story started to drag. Good characters, Beautiful artwork.

I absolutely loved this. It was possibly one of the cutest love stories I have ever read and it was just the right length too. I haven't cried in 6 months and the end of this story just made me sob my eyes out. This is DEFINITELY recommended... READ IT!!!! =))

For one, the length of the story is short,yet the author panned it out just right.The art work is gorgeous! *drools* Siva.
And the romance is just right,yet you need more.I liked the love between Fatima and Maalouf,really touching.Its inspiring and very refreshing.I highly recommend! Its a nice way to get out of reality.lol :]

An absolutely terrific story. Yes, it may not have the japanese culture, but it is awesome nonetheless. IT's funny, entertaining, thrilling and you can't get much better than this. THe artwork is to die for, and the story line will keep you on your feet. You won't want to put it down!

At first I thought the basis was pretty cliche and the story would surely be corny. Which I guess even till the end it was... the first few chapters are mediocre, but it gets much better through to the end. The art is absolutely gorgeous, though the bodies sometimes look just a little bit contorted. The characters are lovable, especially as you learn more about them. The ending is quite nice, things are well settled if not well tied. There are a few things that are left untold and leaves much to be desired. But that is a sole reflection of how well it drew me in, and how much the end of the story has left me sad =(.

I really recommend this one, it's one of the best, if not the best, shoujo manga I've read.

It has beautiful art and the storyline is great, I wasn't annoyed by some cliche even once in this manga,it all fits, a beautiful ending too - a quick ending, but good- and the fact that there's an awesome, cool,gorgeous bishie there is a plus too..
this manga definately gets a 10.

If you like love stories, some drama, this is a must read.

this story was so beautiful.. it was all about how a couple that was truly in love would go to great lengths for each other, sacrificing what they could for each other. the development was great, and you get attached to the characters and their tragedy.

i didn't think this was a 'typical shojo' at all. but i guess this is just my humble opinion! :3 in a typical shojo i tend to blow through it, say "awh" a couple times, then forget the storyline a few days later. that is not the case with this! i'm sad to see the story end, but it was played out beautifully so i'm not at all disappointed.

Hanatsuki Hime is just like what Liria says it is like. It does have some cliches, but what manga doesn't? Each piece of the story fit together perfectly, and created a really good storyline.

In fact, the near ending made me cry, and I always love anything that makes me cry.

AMAZING art, no doubt about it, coupled with a great storyline and ending allows me to credit it with a 10. The ending was almost a deus ex machina, but I was glad that it didn't turn out that way.

People who love shoujo, (sorta) sad endings, great art, and a terrific storyline should read this.

this manga is so cute and beautiful! the plot is unique and the artwork simply beautiful. everything was planned perfectly unlike other manga. there were no stupid surprises like she suddenly has a father or w/e! it was just perfect =D

It's not like the story is way too original or it is cliché-free or anything but this manga is really good ! It makes you feel all warm inside since its so cute =) I highly recommend it ^^ Such a nice story to breakaway from reality plus the art is awesome (:
