At first I just thought that it's a bit good, since it didn't have a overall goal other than the debt that I kept forgetting about. At first it was just about betray, drugs, fights then it all tied together and ended some of the other love problems. It had it ups and downs, and the funniest part is him sneaking in her room, best part the whole series

This manga was definitely one of my favorites. I love the love development between Ryuji and Tsukasa. The story line itself felt a little long (could have cut a lot of parts out) and the ending felt unfinished (a few missing details about what happened in the past) and not a very complete love story.
The reason this is one of my favorite is because of all the hardship and misunderstandings the main pair had to go through just to get their feeling across (seriously 19 volumes and near the end they finally has a chance at being together). It has its serious moments and its hilarious moment. Alos the art gets better (chapter 1 is really bad but it gets better).

Yoshiki Nakamura really knows how to balance, action, drama & comedy in a manga. Yeah there are lot of titles out there who have the same themes but they just felt force to me unlike TCP. I laugh with Tsukasa's antics, I cried when one of the main characters had to die, enjoyed the last fight scenes morever I feel the romance between the main leads. I really recommend this manga. It's very well paced. Actually I want to read more but I guessed all good things must come to an end so I just re read the series whenever I'm bored reading cliche mangas.

i just finished it, and i just am too frustrated. its too damn LONG, the story often returns to previous chapters..i really got bored, even at the begining..but i am a patient person and i did read it to the end- YES, IT HAS AN END!..and my final conclusion its that is too much of everything..i just couldn't keep up with the characters, the story, every chapter has a new yakuza problem-drug murder, blah blah-- the charachters are not that developed, the main male character is always the same..meaning it has literally three drawings of him that always appear. and the most frustrating part is that they really can't be all 14 :S. for goodnes sake, make them at least 15 or 16..it just doesnt match up with the story, and later with art..I really have too many negative comments about this manga, but dont want to waste anymore time on it!

AMAZING story line: You cry, laugh, and get freaking pissed with the characters, and
HOWEVER, the translating and scanning qualities make it very difficult for readers who are less dedicated (read: obsessed) to the story than I am. I have the highest respect for scanlation groups; their unpaid effort allows for us to enjoy a wide variety of manga such as this, which has not been licensed.
But some of the pages on this are just illegible. If there are any scanlation groups reading this, I strongly suggest giving this a go. It is a fantastic manga and deserves a quality translation

I cannot count how many times I've reread this manga, but I wouldn't put it a 10 score because there are so many things that don't make sense even if you forget about gravity and other real world laws.
Not typical!

Yoshiki Nakamura proves to be one of the best mangaka with Tokyo crazy paradise and skip beat. This manga is filled with slapstick humor with a mix of romance, action, lil drama & mystery.
If you read Skip beat you will also love this because the character's in TCP are as quirky and as lovable like SB. You won't get annoyed with Tsukasa. I Highly recommend this to all fans of Shojo/Shonen genre.

Well.... Even though the translation SUCKKKSSSS!!! and the art it's not the prettiest thing alive, or the plot it's not the most original... it's a nice read.. for like am entire MONTH! cause they're 112 LONG chapters!
It took me an entire week!! never, in my freaky life had a manga taken me soo longgg!!
and it was a torture to finish causei was like "Is this thing ever gonna ENDD!??"
i felt like the chapter multiplied every time i passed on the page! ridiculous ¬¬
But as the neurotic freak that i am, i couldn't let the history right on the middle.. what i mean is...
i finished, yes... but it wasn't my favorite.. and i would seriously think if it's worth spend all the time that i spend reading this...
it's a bummer cause i though that i would be better :S

I don't like this manga. It's too typical and... disappointing to me cause I expected so much more in Nakamura Yoshiko Maybe I've been liking Skip Beat a little bit too much that I FORCED myself to finish this series even though my head was always screaming: noooooooo... you're poisoning yourself!
But well, good riddance!
Or maybe, it was the TRANSLATION which was SO BAD in so many levels that got me disliking this series that many people here voted for 10/10 o_0
