Description
The story is about Mutsu Tsukumo, a young and normal looking youth who challenges great foes to prove that his style of fighting is the best in the world. His Ryuha, or fighting style is called Mutsu Enmei Ryu. A style that is said to have never lost in its 1000 year history. Tsukumo not yet a perfect fighter also increases his strength as the story progresses.

Won the 14th Kodansha Manga Award for shounen in 1990.

interesting martial arts manga, definitely recommended for the fans

the action is 1 of the craziest(pretty good) in action fighting manga if not the craziest that it tries to resemble real life but considering many aspects, it's still unrealistic, the training and improvement of Mutsu/Paddy is so monotonously smooth enough, could be better, new tougher challenges are there but it's pretty ridiculous, it covers many fighting style.

Really loved this manga. great anime as well but theyre completely different (except for the fighting style) well i guess you can probably say the anime is like a prequel to the manga since its like Mustu Enmei Ryu throught history while the manga is like present day. well each is standalone of course. well great fighting and Mutsu Tsukumo is a straight gangster'. a definite must read
