At the end of the original Anastasia Club, the mangaka leaves things a bit incomplete. One major thing left in the air is Takuto's characterization. He's a mysterious figure, who finds it very hard to share his past and emotions with others.

In this concluding story we finally see why Takuto has kept so much of himself away from Kamui and it is DARK. He's had a tragic past and was taken advantage of by an adult in his life as a child. Yes, this story includes child abuse. The tone is a bit different from the more lighthearted Anastasia Club, but it is a necessary conclusion.

Kamui is also a bit different. She doubts herself and questions her relationship in this manga, giving into her insecurities. But, she is still clever and strong willed. She ends up saving the day as always. We also get to see Seira, Sumi, and the professor again!
